Your Endorphin Report does much more than show your personalized race results in a professionally designed format. It aggregates and analyzes
your data along with the race results from the rest of the field in order to provide data, stats and charts that are otherwise unavailable. Your
Endorphin Report will provide you with valuable insight into your race performance bringing your strengths and weaknesses into a new light.
Upon ordering, your personalized Endorphin Report will be generated and created as an Adobe PDF document. The link to your Endorphin Report
will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days after the official race results have been released.
All charts, graphs, tables, information and data found on our website, and in
our race reports have been issued to us by our event partners.
Electronic reports (PDF's) are non-refundable although we will make efforts to
address any issue you may have with your electronic report. We are always
looking for ways to improve our reports (charts, graphs, analysis, etc.) and
would appreciate any feedback you may have regarding your report.
All of our reports, charts, etc. are based on chip time, also referred to as
actual or net time. The clock time measures the time from the start of
the race until each participant crosses the finish line. Therefore, in a large
marathon, it may take you 10 or 20 minutes to get up to the starting line,
thereby increasing the time it takes you to finish the race.
We use the chip time because it measures the time elapsed between your crossing
the starting Line, the finish line and all timing mats in between to give you
the most accurate data possible as it relates to your performance.
For various reports and analysis, non-chip time data is generated using internal
algorithms and the recorded athlete chip times.
